Heelwork to Music is a relatively recent competition sport in which participants devise routines of up to four minutes, set to music, and perform the routines with their dog. 

To compete:

• Your dog must be registered with The Kennel Club, either on the Breed Register or on the Activity Register.
• Your dog must be 12 months old or over on the day of the competition.
• Request a list of Clubs which run Heelwork to Music from The Scottish Kennel Club.
• A schedule and entry form can be requested from the Secretary of the particular club running the Heelwork to Music Competition.
• Complete the entry form and return it, along with your payment, to the Secretary prior to closing date.

Heelwork to Music requires your dog to be fully socialised and that you have effective control at all times.
